According to Ayurvedic belief there exists three types of bodies known as doshas:

  • Vata – light, cool and fast. Like air and space.
  • Pitta – hot, strong and sharp. Like fire.

The word “yoga” means “union.” The technique connects physical elements with respiratory functions and mental functioning capabilities. Through yoga practice, you gain relaxation status together with improved muscular power and mental acuity.

Daily morning practice of yoga exercises takes up thirty minutes of my time. I follow these steps:

  • Start with breathing (pranayama)—The routine consists of five to six basic poses with downward dog and cobra as well as child’s pose.
  • End with meditation— regular practice allows me to experience reduced back pain while bringing about greater mental calmness. I feel stronger and happier.

During meditation you observe your thoughts while keeping a silent posture. Yoga exists as an element in the Indian cultural heritage for thousands of years. The practice allows you to remain calm while gaining mental focus and reducing your sense of worry.

The practice requires no specific settings or special attire for its practice.

Steps for Basic Medication

  • Sit in a quiet place
  • Close your eyes
  • Focus on your breath

Use gentle action to redirect your thoughts which have drifted away from your focus.

Begin with 5 minutes of daily practice before extending the sessions gradually.

🧠 My Meditation Story

The habit of worrying and nervousness used to consume my entire Well-being until I adopted a practice of meditation. Meditation created both peace within myself and made it easier to remain focused on the current moment. At first, it was not easy. The technique began to improve my condition after 2 week practice. Meditation has become a habit through which I practice before I start my day and right before bed.

When we practice Ayurveda and yoga with meditation, they generate optimal results together. Through their practice people can achieve happiness combined with good health.

  • Use of Ayurvedic practices lead to clean and balanced body state.
  • The practice of yoga enables users to develop body strength while gaining flexibility.
